  • Do I need to create an account to order?

    No. The app automatically creates an account as you share your mobile number and e-mail ID during the first purchase. If you have logged out of the app anytime, you can login using the registered mobile number / e-mail ID.

    Alternatively, you can also login through your Google or FaceBook account IDs.

  • How safe is my card data on your site?

    Very safe. We do not store card details in our system. All online payment related transactions are carried out through Razorpay, India’s most popular online payment gateway.

  • Payment gets debited, but the order not confirmed. What should I do?

    Your money will get automatically refunded by the payment platform within 4 days.

  • Can I do cash-on-delivery (COD)?

    Keeping in line with the prevailing online practice, we don’t have a COD presently.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    As we procure the seafood only against each order, and since we don’t store the seafood to sell later, we don’t allow cancellation. However, in the rare instance you wish to cancel, please send a Whatsapp message CANCEL #Order no…………… to 7010 98 7010. We will credit the money in your FK wallet for your use later on.

  • In what cities do you deliver?

    We, at FreshKatch, are delivering to many towns covering more than 500 pincodes. In order to check our service availability in your area, please enter your area pincode in the pincode validator and then place your order accordingly

  • Are cleaning, cutting & delivery free?

    Cleaning and Delivery are free irrespective of your order value. Cutting is free for orders above 1kg.

  • Can I place a bulk order for a family function?
